A professional exhibition incorporating major companies and institutions will be held at the Conference Center. The exhibition will be an excellent opportunity to initiate profitable contacts.

REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION FOR EXHIBITORS 
A special fee for exhibitors are available. Price DKK 1.650.- The fee include Lunches and coffee breaks during the opening hours of the exhibition, badge, conference documents. Please fill out the registration form under registration.

EXHIBITOR SPACE RESERVATION
Please note that assignment is binding and that any subsequent cancellation of the reservation will be subject to the terms outlined under cancellation and refund policy. (See general information)

Exhibition space Size 6(sqm) 3 meters wide and 2 meters deep. Rate (DKK) 15.000,- DKK.-+ 25% vat 


EXHIBITOR AREA
1 low table, 2 chairs and electrical outlet is included in the price for the exhibition space.

Set-up and dismantle

Set-up and dismantle times for the exhibition area are as follows:
Set-up Wednesday, 16. January 2018 20:00-22:00
Set-up: Thursday, 17. January 2018 07:00-10:00

Dismantle: Friday, 18. January 2018 after last coffee break 14:45-16:00. All dismantle shall be done latest afternoon 18. January 2019 at 16.55. (Please check this page again after the announcement of the Pre-Program)

Any goods which requires a trolley or two persons to be moved must be sent to the goods receiving address at Kanalvägen 6.
